Phoenix Family Photography

I had te pleasure of photographing this lovely new family in October. This is baby Colin and I have to say not only is he one of the cutest little guys I've seen in a while he is the most chill baby I've ever met. The entire shoot he giggled and smiled. He never once cried or even began to try and cry. And his mommy and daddy are just smitten with him. Made my job supper easy :)

My photography philosophy

I have been professionally photographing life and people since 1996. I feel that while you can learn and evolve as a photographer it is important to always stay focused on the subject. The only thing that should ever age in your photographs in your clothes. A truly great photograph should be able to hang on your wall for decades. I strive to always keep the people the center and focus of my work. This means we set no time limits and just try every possible shot. Don't worry about you're kids acting like kids or how much weight you think you should lose before you take the picture. Celebrate the now and record this time in your family’s life just how it is, no excuses.

Pricing

My family sessions are currently $75 for up to 5 people. For each additional person there is a $20 charge.

Weddings are all on an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours. Travel charges may be applicable if the location is more then 15 miles from my home. As weddings are a personal event each as unique as the families involved, I have no set packages. I have always worked with the couple on a very personal basis to discover what they are looking for in their wedding. We will sit down and discuss your plans and desires for your special day then we will devise the best plan for your photography, tailored just for you.
